The success of FASYL as a software marketing company owes a lot to the direction provided by the key management persons. These people have many years of management and professional experience in their key areas. When we offer the services of FASYL to any client, we offer the wealth of experience of these key players who actively participate in the delivery of any major project. They are there from the conceptual stage right through the life of the project.
It is also pertinent to point out that these men and women are supported by very highly motivated and resourceful professionals in Information Technology, Management Consulting, Banking, Accounting, Engineering and Administration.
We give below very brief summaries of the profiles of the key people behind FASYL. |
Frank G.N. Onuzo: Group Chairman

The Group Chairman of our company, Frank, has more than twenty years of senior management experience. He rose to senior management position in the IT department of Shell Petroleum before leaving to join the Nigerian practice of KPMG Consulting and became a partner after two years.
Over an eleven-year period, he raised the firm's IT Consultancy practice to become the leader in Nigeria. He then moved on into banking, firstly as General Manager for IT for a multi-national bank, directing and implementing IT strategy in all the offices across the West African region. After three years, he became managing director of a merchant bank. Frank actively participates in ensuring our clients receive the best. |
Bade Aluko: Group Chief Executive Officer

The Group Chief Executive Officer of FASYL, Bade, is the pioneering Chief Executive Officer of FASYL. He has well over 20 years experience in the ICT sector and has been in senior management for over 15 years. Bade is a graduate of Computer Science and, an alumni of the prestigious Lagos Business School Chief Executive Program.
Bade started his career with Technology and Systems Ltd (T&S) a Division of SCOA Group of Companies as an Analyst/Programmer and later joined DPMS Limited (the former IBM operational base in Nigeria). Bade held several positions at DPMS Limited including Development Programmer, System Engineer, Product Planner, and Manager before leaving in 1993 with some of his colleagues to form ROE Limited as Executive Director, Operations. ROE Limited became an instant success and later became the largest IBM distributor in sub-Sahara Africa. Today, ROE Limited has been acquired by Dimension Data, a multi billion dollar IT company with presence all over the world. Bade left the executive position at ROE Limited in 1998, but remains on the Board of ROE Limited/Dimension Data, to take the responsibility of starting and nurturing FASYL.
A widely traveled Business Executive, Bade's core strength is in identifying and nurturing new business initiatives. He currently sits on the Board of diverse companies in Nigeria, South Africa and United Kingdom. His management exposure also includes several technical and managerial seminars and courses in Africa, United Kingdom and USA.
On the technical side, he has worked extensively in the areas of Strategy and deployment for ICT service delivery in multi-branch, multi-country Banking and Finance environment. He also has extensive experience in managing organizational wide business process re-engineering, security and continuity of Business plans. |
Olusola Akingbade: MD, Finance Application Systems Limited, Nigeria

Olusola Akingbade, Managing Director FASYL Nigeria, joined the services of the company on 5th January, 2009, as General Manager, Project Administration and Management. Sola, as called by his friends has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of Lagos and is also an alumni of the Lagos Business School Senior Management Program. He has over 20 years of senior management experience with emphasis on Business Process Reengineering and Project management.
Before joining FASYL, he had worked in various companies, and occupied various positions including, Head of IT Department in Nigerian Intercontinental Merchant Bank, as an AGM (Information Systems Department), in NAL Merchant Bank, as Senior Technical Consultant in Coca – Cola Bottling Company, Atlanta Georgia, as Senior Analyst (Operating Systems) in AT & T and lastly as a Senior Consultant in Pacific Systems INC, his last place of work before joining FASYL.
A widely traveled executive, he has attended a lot of courses and seminars in the United States, Europe and Africa. |
J. Sharath, MD, FASYL Technologies, India

Sharath is the Managing Director of FASYL Technologies India. He has over 14 years of rich experience in various industries and across multiple disciplines. Sharath has held leadership roles in many successful Indian and International companies.
Sharath has successfully acquired and handled client engagements of various sizes across multiple geographies and technologies. His vertical expertise includes Process automation, finance, manufacturing and banking domains.
Sharath started his career with ABB and was responsible for the operations of the automation service business unit before he moved to the IT sector. Sharath has worked as GM-Tech of a embedded systems company and has held the responsibility of delivering embedded system products for consumer electronics and Automotive domain. He has also worked with an INTEL funded company where he held the responsibility for product development and also project deliveries throughout the world in the security domains. He has handled large teams and has delivered projects to clients in USA, Taiwan, Korea, UAE, Sweden, Swiss, Germany, Singapore etc. He is widely travelled and brings rich experience of managing large process driven operations and also managing partner driven businesses.

Jude Obiakor, MD FASYL Technologies, Ghana
 |
Jude Obiakor is the Managing Director of Fasyl Technology Ghana. He has over 10 years professional experience in software development and Implementation, strategic process design, Enterprise project management and bank re-engineering process. He has engineered and supervised several LIVE projects across the continent, one of which is the Electronic Purse back office software, code named EP2000 for Diamond Bank Plc. He was the architect of an OLTP application FCIS, a financial intelligent software for EFCC (Economic and Financial Crime Commission).
As a Corporate banking consultant, he was head of the division for many years, and later became Group Head Implementation, Strategy and Support where he headed and supervised several FLEXCUBE implementation projects within and outside the country while in the service of FASYL. He is a certified project manager (PMP), an expert in Data and process modeling.
A graduate of computer science and mathematics from Yaba College of Technology, A Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), he has a Post Graduate Degree in Finance from Lagos State University. He has an MBA degree from the CHINA EUROPE INT’L BUSINESS SCHOOL (CEIBS). Jude has brought his wealth of experience to bear in FASYL. |
Moyosore Odesilo, General Manager – Fasyl e-learning and Consulting Limited

Moyosore joined the services of the company on 18th April, 2011.
She holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Buckingham, UK and a Masters degree in International Economics and Banking from University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology (now University of Wales College, Cardiff) Wales. She is also an alumni of the Lagos Business School Senior Management Program.
Mrs. odesilo has over 20 years experience in the banking industry. She started her banking career as a pioneer staff of Eko International Bank Plc (now Skye Bank Plc). She later joined Intercontinental Bank Plc and held several positions including Group Head, Continuous Process Improvement and Divisional Head, Banking operations. She was also the Project Team Manager for Flexcube Implementation (Retail).

Julius Obayemi, Special Project Director/Group Head, IT Infrastructure Group

Julius is the Group Head, Information Technology Infrastructure which comprises of Network & Securities, Systems Administration and Oracle Products & Services departments.
He has over 17 years IT experience with several awards in recognition of his exceptional performance. He is a holder of HND Business Administration degree from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Ogbomoso, Oyo state and OND Computer Science from University of Benin Edo state. In addition to his formal education, he had extensive IT and Management trainings while in the service of United Bank for Africa (UBA).
He was the group DBA for the UBA group and acting Head of Division (Business Software Support Division) in the Information Technology Sector of the bank. Before joining UBA he worked briefly as Assistant Statistician with Federal Office of Statistics, HQ Lagos. He later joined Central Bank of Nigeria, Tinubu Square Lagos. His skills, as seasoned DBA and Analyst/Programmer, cut across Oracle Database Administration, Data Migration and Conversion, Application Development, Business/Systems Analysis & Design, Banking/Financial Application Implementation & Support as well as Manpower Training in computing.
He successfully anchored conversion and migration of several key systems while in UBA. He rose to the level of Senior Manager before he voluntarily retired from the service of the bank in November 2005 to go into Oracle Technical Support consulting.
After his voluntary disengagement from the bank he was offered a contract job as senior consultant to migrate the legacy systems to the new Core Banking Application (CBA) system in the integration project of the then UBA/STB merged banks. He joined FASYL in May 2006 shortly after he completed the integration project of UBA group in March 2006. He has since been involved in the deployment of Flexcube core banking application in some of the leading banks both within and outside Nigeria. Apart from overseeing the IT Infrastructure group, he is currently the Special Project Director responsible for the deployment of Flexcube to over 25 affiliates (countries) of Ecobank Transnational Incorporation in Africa and outside Africa.

Kelechi Asuquo, Group Head, Human Resources

Kelechi is the Group Head, Human Resources/ Administration for FASYL Group.
She holds a degree in English and Literary Studies, from the University of Calabar, an LLB degree from the then Edo State University, which she capped with a Bachelor of Law degree from the Nigerian Law School in Lagos.
Before, joining the FASYL Family, she has had extensive exposure in Human Capital Management functions and the practice of law in different companies in Nigeria. She held various positions during her 15 years career, which include, Company Secretary/ Head, Human Capital, Forum Group of Companies, Head, Human Resources / Operations in Living Spring Energy Limited and Head, Management Services, FB Asset Management Limited.
Kelechi's immediate past position was with Negris Holdings Limited, an Oil, Gas and Energy Company, where she worked as the Group Head, Human Resources.
She holds the membership of a number of professional bodies including Nigeria Bar Association, Nigerian Institute of Management, Personnel Practitioners Consultative Association (Lagos Island Branch) and an associate ship of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
A highly versatile personality, with a strong passion for staff development. |
Ifeoma Ibeziako, Group Head, Marketing Operations

Ifeoma is Group head, Marketing Operations at FASYL. A graduate of English Literature from the University of Calabar, she also holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from Delta State University. As the head of Marketing and Operations, she has been in charge of leading the marketing team in the sales & marketing of FLEXCUBE and other products, coordinating training for FLEXCUBE users etc.
Before joining FASYL, she worked with Chams Nigeria Limited where she was the Brand Manager for Supercard & Valucard technology. She has also worked extensively in the areas of marketing innovations in card technology and providing customer support service for reputable customers. |
Uche Opara, Group Head, Corporate Banking and Training
 |
Uche is the Head, Corporate Banking and Training for FASYL Technology Group. She has about 8 years experience in the IT industry majoring on deployment, support and managing software in financial institutions. She also has little experience in infrastructure management.
She has in the course of her work acquired knowledge in banking operations, project management, system administration, organizing and facilitating trainings and document management. Her ability to work in green areas without guidance is her greatest strong point.
Uche started her career in FASYL and has been responsible for several projects, trainings, and support and report management for the organizations clientele. She also worked with Transnational Corporation as an Assistant Vice President for IT, managing all software related issues and implementing the groups finance application. Her wealth of experience in banking saw her assisting in managing Transcorp's finance department. She returned to FASYL to assist in managing support and projects and facilitating trainings.
She holds a degree in Computer Science from the Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu. |
Festus Adesina, Group Head, Financial Services

FASYL's Group Head of Financial Services, Festus, started his career with Merck, Sharp & Dhome (MSD) in 1992, a Multi-National Pharmaceutical Company. He also worked with Starchem Nigeria Industry and Standard Alliance Insurance Plc. as Accountant and Management Accountant respectively, prior to joining Finance Application Systems Limited as Head, Financial Services Department.
His varied experiences have given him the advantage of versatility in leading accounting and financial applications. |
Ademola Babalola, Chief Technology Officer
 |
Ademola began his IT career as software programmer at Magic Software Nigeria; he joined FASYL in 2001 and was part of the team in countless Flexcube implementation and support activities both within and outside Nigeria.
He later joined Celtel -Nigeria now Zain for two years as Solution specialist – Billing Group; and was part of the team that successfully implemented Ericsson charging system CS3.0, a prepaid billing system for Zain network. He was also part of the local team that designed, developed and implemented the Calldata warehouse system that consolidates data from various network nodes for enterprise wide reporting and single point of truth.
Ademola returned to FASYL in 2006, and has since played an active role in most of the key Flexcube rollout projects like the Intercontinental bank rollout in Nigeria and Ghana, Cedi redenomination( IBG – Ghana ), Flexcube upgrade (IBG - Ghana), Ecobank Flexcube rollout – Nigeria, Benin, Togo, Ghana and Gambia.
He Played an important role in the designing of the blueprint for the development of Flexcube - PCB system, and also in the design & implementation of various bespoke integration and business solution for FASYL clients.
His area of core competence includes project management, Flexcube end-to-end implementation and support as techno-functional resource, business solution design, development and implementation and cutting edge skill in managing software product life circle.
Ademola graduated from Federal University of Technology Owerri with B.Tech in Mathematics with Computer science, a Oracle certified and active member of Project management Institute (PMI), Data warehouse Institute (DWI), Sun developer network and currently pursuing his MBA at Warwick Business School –Coventry, UK. |
Olatorera Dada, Head Legal Services, FASYL Nigeria

As the Personal Assistant to the Group Chief Executive Officer, Olatorera is in charge of managing the overall administration of the GCEO's office and ensuring compliance of all processes and procedures as it relates to this office.
In her role as the Head of Legal Services, she is in charge of providing legal oversight to all the Company's activities and addressing stakeholders' legal concerns with utmost legal diligence.
Prior to joining the FASYL Group, she was an Associate at Ace Solicitors in Abuja. |
Seun Ogunpolu, Country Manager, FASYL Technlogy, Zimbabwe

Seun Ogunpolu is the Country Manager of Fasyl, Zimbabwe. He has close to a decade of experience with a broad background in Insurance, large accounts and people management.
As Country Manager at Fasyl, he has the responsibility for overseeing the company's short and long term growth and strategic planning in Zimbabwe.
Prior to joining Fasyl, Seun Ogunpolu was a Senior Sales person with B2B Solutions Ltd. He started his selling career at Amicable Assurance Plc and later moved on to become the Marketing Manager at FSTV in 2004.
Seun graduated from UNAAB with double honours and also has a Diploma in Information Technology, various certificates covering Insurance Agency, payments, sales & marketing. |
Tunde Balogun, Country Manager, FASYL Technology Sierra Leone,

Tunde Balogun is the country manager for FASYL Technology Ltd Sierra Leone. He is a graduate of Computer Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University, and has a National Diploma in Electrical Electronics from the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro.
He started his career in B2B Solutions, where he rose to the post of an Account Manager handling the enterprise customers in the Telecom and Banking sector of Nigeria.
With his vast experiences in Microsoft, Oracle and HP solutions, Sales, Marketing and Technical Operations, Tunde has consulted for various companies, mostly in the Telecom, Down stream Oil and Banking sectors.
Amongst his achievements, is the closing of the first Altiris solution sale in Nigeria, whereby, he broke a three years sales jinx, and went on to become one of the first set of Altiris Certified Engineer on Version 6.0 in Africa.
The mixture of strategic management skills and IT infrastructure knowledge provides the ideal foundation to lead his team in delivering strong strategic business recommendations for clients on the back of a data-rich engine.

Miezan Dominique Edoukoun, Country Manager, FASYL Technology, Cote D'Ivoire

Miezan Dominique Edoukoun is the Country Manager of Fasyl Technology Cote D'Ivoire, Ltd. He has over 20 years in Information Technology support, administration, and project management.
As Country Manager at Fasyl, he has the responsibility for overseeing the company's short and long term growth and strategic planning in Cote D'Ivoire.
Prior to joining Fasyl, Mr. Edoukoun was a Senior IBM iSeries Systems technical and project analyst for Convergys at AT&T in Atlanta, Georgia. He worked as an IT consultant, manager, and project manager at Fortune 50 corporations such as IBM, CATERPILLAR, UPS, SSL America, World Financial Group, just to name a few.
Miezan D Edoukoun has a passion for insurance products. He currently holds Life and Health Insurance licenses in the states of Georgia and Oklahoma. He is an Alumni of the prestigious Lycee Classique Garcons de Bingerville. He graduated with honors from Universite d'Abidjan, Cote D'Ivoire with a Maitrise en Sciences Economiques. Mr. Edoukoun also holds an MBA in Management Information Systems with a minor in Insurance from the University of Hartford, West Hartford, Connecticut.
He is an avid fan of Baseball, Boxing, Soccer, and Tennis. |
Tajudeen Oyebanji, Divisional Head, Retails and Channels

Tajudeen is the Head, Retail Banking and Channel Group. He has more than 9 years post qualification experience in Consulting, System Design and Development and Project Management.
He is a graduate of Computer Science from University of Ilorin and a Masters degree also in Computer Science from University of Lagos.
Before joining FASYL, he worked with Wadof Software Consulting where he rose to the position of Head, Implementation and Support. He has also worked extensively in the areas of share registration, stock brokerage, asset management and providing effective service delivery to various customers.
He served as the Project Manager Access Bank Subsidiaries (Rest of Africa), Flexcube UBS deployment and has been part of several successful projects in FASYL.
Tajudeen is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) and an Oracle Certified Associate (OCA). Tajudeen is a certified member of Project Management Institute (PMI), USA and a member of International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) also in USA.
He has attended several trainings and seminars both in and outside Nigeria. |
Tayo-Balogun Ayotunde, Head, IT Infrastructure Services

Tayo-Balogun Ayotunde is the Head of FASYL's IT Infrastructure Services Unit. This Unit is responsible for providing IT services that equip the customers to work effectively, saving money while increasing efficiency. Some of the services provided are Cloud Computing, Email Hosting, Infrastructure Optimization services, Vulnerability Management/Penetration Testing and IT Security consultancy.
Before joining FASYL, Tayo worked at SystemSpecs Limited as Manager, Enterprise Security and IT Support, and has extensive experience in systems & networks administration on various OS platforms, mail servers deployment, administration and support, IT infrastructure deployment, management and support. He has about 10 years professional IT experience with the last few years at Management Level.
Tayo has been involved in several IT and non IT projects and has attended several trainings and seminars within and outside Africa. A graduate of Electrical & Computer Engineering, University of Technology Minna, Tayo holds several IT related certifications including, MCP, CCNA, E|DRP, C|EH, E|CSA, CIW Security Analyst, Security+, and Project+.
He is a member of the Nigerian Computer Society and the Nigerian Society for Engineers. |
Rufus Ohiowere, MD, FASYL Payment Technology Limited
 |
Rufus Ohiowere is an experienced e-payment, e-security, e- channels and alternative power person. He is an astute strategist with over 10 years of subsea, natural gas, alternative energies, power, e-channels (Cards and ATM) and strategy with extensive experience in the provision of true self service payment solutions.
He started his career with Tran Africa Gas and Power Plc as Head of Business Development, where he led a team that signed up industrial and manufacturing companies within the Ota industrial zone to independent power pools in excess of 25MW, in power assets in the excess of USD2M. He later moved to Atlantic Marine & Oilfield Services as Head of Alternative Power, after which he moved to head the commercial department and while there, worked with clients such as Chevron, NAOC, Agip all in Nigeria and SPOC Ghana.
In 2006, he moved to head Intelligent Energy Systems Limited, an alternative energy firm. In 2007, Intelligent Energy System Ltd, with certain interest, created a special purpose company called Hammond Financial Services to push self service payment solutions within the Nigeria banking space and got Visa International through its local processor, an EMV certification on hardware touch points.
In 2010, in partnership with Finance Application Systems Ltd, another special purpose company called FASYL Payment Technology Ltd was incorporated to leverage on the self service payment markets across West Africa, Eastern Africa, Middle East, Asia and Europe.
He is an alumnus of Edo State University, and he sits on the board of FASYL Payment Technology Ltd as its Managing Director.
